The Mercusys MS118CP is an unmanaged rackmount switch designed for installations that need to connect and power multiple PoE devices from one central point. Its 16 PoE+ ports provide a combined 190 W power budget, making it particularly useful for multi-camera surveillance networks.

Two Gigabit RJ45 ports and two combo Gigabit SFP slots provide faster uplink options to an NVR, router, core switch or fibre network while keeping the 16 powered device ports dedicated to edge equipment.

• Extend Mode reduces affected port speeds to 10 Mbps. The maximum claimed distance is up to 250 m and depends on cable quality, connected-device power requirements and installation conditions.
