Contactless Arming with DESFire®

KeyPad Plus supports Ajax Pass and Tag for secure tap-to-arm functionality. DESFire® technology ensures high-security authentication, making it ideal for high-traffic access points where users need simple and quick arming options without compromising safety.

Flexible Control for Every User

Users can arm, disarm or activate night mode using PIN codes, fobs or app-controlled permissions. Personal codes allow detailed access control and event tracking.

Silent Duress & Emergency Protection

A dedicated duress code lets users silently trigger an alarm while appearing to disarm the system normally. Panic activation options provide immediate assistance when needed.

Long-Range, Reliable Communication

Powered by the Jeweller radio protocol, KeyPad Plus maintains a stable connection with strong encryption and anti-jamming protection, ensuring instant delivery of commands across large properties.

Security mode indication

Light and sound indication of KeyPad Plus allows controlling the security status without the Ajax app. The volume and brightness of the backlight is adjustable.

Multilevel anti-sabotage system:

Users and a security company receive a notification when someone removes the keypad from the mount

Blocking when guessing a passcode

Three wrong passcodes entered in a row block the keypad and trigger an alarm

Authentication

If there is an attempt to use an invalid card or key fob, the system activates an alarm

Polling intervals

The system detects the communication loss with the keypad in less than a minute

Silent alarm transmission to a monitoring station

If attackers force to disarm the system – Duress code allows you to simulate disarming via KeyPad Plus. The user is not compromised by sirens, app and keypad indications however the duress alarm signal is instantly transmitted to your armed response company.

Enhance KeyPad Plus with contactless credentials for staff, family members or tenants:

• Ajax Pass – A slim contactless card for wallets, lanyards or access card holders. Ideal for staff, contractors or users who prefer card-style access.
• Ajax Tag – A compact key fob that fits on a keyring for quick everyday use, perfect for family members or frequent users.

Both Pass and Tag use secure DESFire® technology, making them difficult to clone and ideal for environments where you want fast, controlled access without giving every user app access to the system.
