Rugged Phones Warranty & Returns

This rugged phone is covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to supplier or manufacturer assessment.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, rugged phones carry a 12-month warranty from the original invoice date. Batteries, chargers, cables and other supplied accessories may carry a shorter warranty period where specified.

The warranty does not cover physical damage, cracked screens, impact damage, liquid ingress caused by incorrect use or incorrectly sealed covers, damaged charging ports, unauthorised repairs, software modification, rooted devices, tampered IMEI / serial numbers, surge damage, misuse, neglect or incorrect operation.

Although rugged phones are designed for tougher environments, IP ratings and drop resistance depend on correct use. SIM trays, charging covers and protective seals must be properly closed before exposure to dust, water or harsh conditions.

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and testing. A repair, replacement or refund will only be approved once the fault has been assessed and confirmed as a valid manufacturing defect.

Customers are responsible for backing up all data, photos, contacts, apps and files before submitting a device for assessment or repair. We cannot be held responsible for data loss, software resets, app loss or account access issues during the assessment or repair process.

Products returned for assessment must include the order number, customer contact details and a clear description of the fault. Please include all relevant accessories where requested.

For unwanted returns, the product must be unused, complete and in its original packaging. Return courier costs may be for the customer’s account unless the product was supplied incorrectly or confirmed defective in line with our Returns Policy.
