TP-Link OC220 Omada Hardware Controller for Centralised Network Management

The TP-Link OC220 provides a dedicated on-premises controller for compatible Omada networks, allowing access points, gateways and switches to be configured and monitored from one interface without leaving a PC or server running.

It combines local management with optional free cloud access, making it a practical choice for small and medium business networks that need convenient remote administration while retaining an on-site controller.

• A good choice when you want a dedicated controller rather than running Omada Software Controller continuously on a separate computer or server.
• Supports up to 100 Omada access points, 10 Omada gateways and a maximum of 20 Omada switches. Selected DeltaStream GPON OLTs are also supported, subject to TP-Link’s device limits.

Before You Buy

• The OC220 manages compatible TP-Link Omada devices; check that your intended access points, switches, gateways or supported OLTs appear on TP-Link’s current Omada compatibility list.
• A DHCP server, normally provided by the network router or gateway, is required to assign network addresses during a typical installation.
• Power can be supplied through 802.3af/at PoE or Micro USB at 5V DC with a minimum 1A supply.
• A Micro USB power cable and USB power source are not supplied. If powering by PoE, connect the PoE IN Ethernet port to a suitable 802.3af/at PoE device.
• Management capacity can vary with the connected device types and network configuration. Adding supported DeltaStream GPON OLTs reduces the maximum supported switch count.
