IMOU Bullet 2E Pro – Choose 3MP or 5MP Outdoor Security with Smarter Detection and Active Deterrence

The IMOU Bullet 2E Pro is built for entrances, driveways, yards, garages and small-business premises where simply recording movement is not enough. Alongside 3MP or 5MP video, it adds human and vehicle detection, line-crossing alerts and highly visible red–blue warning lights to help you detect and discourage unwanted activity sooner.

Both versions share the same core outdoor-security platform, including Wi-Fi 6 connectivity, smart colour night vision, built-in microphone, IP67 weather protection and flexible MicroSD, NVR or cloud storage.

Choose the Right Resolution

Choose the 3MP version for capable everyday outdoor surveillance with lower storage and bandwidth requirements. Choose the 5MP version when capturing additional image detail is more important.

Advanced Deterrence with Red–Blue Warning Lights

The Bullet 2E Pro goes beyond passive recording. Its built-in red–blue warning lights provide an immediate visual deterrent when suspicious activity is detected, helping discourage unwanted visitors before they get closer to the property.

This makes the camera particularly useful around gateways, driveways, front doors, garages and commercial entrances where a visible warning can be more effective than silently recording an incident.

Line Crossing Detection: Your Virtual Tripwire

Line Crossing Detection lets you draw a virtual boundary directly over the live camera view and choose the crossing direction that matters to you. The camera can then notify you when that defined line is crossed.

This gives you much more control than ordinary whole-frame motion detection. For example, you can monitor a gate opening, pathway, pool boundary, shop entrance or driveway while reducing alerts caused by movement elsewhere in the scene.

Smarter Human and Vehicle Detection

IMOU SENSE human and vehicle detection is designed to focus alerts on the types of activity that matter most. By distinguishing people and vehicles from general movement such as vegetation or small objects, the camera can provide more relevant notifications.

Human detection reaches up to 22 m, while vehicle detection reaches up to 44 m. Actual detection distance varies with installation height, viewing angle, target size, lighting and environmental conditions.

Colour Night Vision with Flexible Night Modes

The Bullet 2E Pro supports four night-vision modes, allowing you to adapt how the camera behaves after dark. Infrared monitoring can be used when discreet surveillance is preferred, while colour night viewing uses built-in illumination to preserve more scene detail.

Night-vision operation can also be scheduled in the Imou Life app, so you can choose when enhanced night monitoring should activate rather than relying only on automatic day/night switching.

Wi-Fi 6, Ethernet and Offline Local Access

The camera supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi 6 as well as a 100Mbps Ethernet connection, giving you flexibility when planning the installation. Dual-antenna wireless design and 2 × 2 MIMO help improve connection stability in suitable Wi-Fi environments.

Soft AP mode creates a local Wi-Fi hotspot from the camera, allowing nearby access to live video and recordings even when the site’s internet connection is unavailable.

A MicroSD card is optional and sold separately. Customers using an NVR do not need to install a memory card unless local camera-side recording is also wanted.
