The TP-Link Deco M4 combines dual-band AC1200 Wi-Fi with TP-Link Mesh technology to create a single wireless network across compatible Deco units. It is a practical choice when one conventional router does not provide consistent Wi-Fi throughout your home.

Choose one Deco M4 to start or expand an existing Deco network, or use the 2-Pack or 3-Pack when you need multiple mesh points from the outset. Each unit also provides two Gigabit Ethernet ports for wired devices or Ethernet backhaul.

How It Works

Multiple Deco units work together as one mesh network using a single network name. Compatible wireless devices can move between Deco units as you move around the property, while optional Ethernet backhaul can be used where network cabling is available.

Before You Buy

• The Deco M4 is a Wi-Fi 5 AC1200 system, not a Wi-Fi 6 or Wi-Fi 7 system.
• Internet service is not supplied by the Deco M4. Connect the main Deco to your modem, fibre ONT/router or suitable upstream network connection.
• Each Deco unit has two Gigabit Ethernet WAN/LAN auto-sensing ports.
• Wireless speed and coverage depend on building materials, interference, unit positioning, client capabilities and network conditions.
• Seamless roaming performance also depends on the connected client device supporting the relevant roaming functions.
• The Deco app is used for setup and network management.
