Zartek ZA-320 solar motion sensor floodlight for automatic outdoor lighting

The Zartek ZA-320 combines a 2000 lumen LED floodlight, solar charging, a high-capacity rechargeable battery and motion sensing in one outdoor lighting solution. It is a practical option for areas where running permanent electrical cabling would be inconvenient or unnecessary.

A day/night sensor works together with wide-angle motion detection to provide automatic lighting after dark, while the 6 V 8 W solar panel recharges the built-in 10000 mAh lithium battery during daylight.

Is This Right for You?

The ZA-320 suits entrances, driveways, walkways, yards, parking areas and other outdoor locations where motion-activated lighting is useful. Its solar-powered design is particularly useful where a suitable mains electrical connection is not readily available.

It does need good solar exposure. Zartek specifies more than 8 hours of sunshine for solar charging and recommends mounting the light approximately 4–5 m above the ground.

How It Works

The 8 W solar panel charges the built-in rechargeable lithium battery during daylight. After dark, the day/night sensor and motion sensor allow the light to respond automatically to movement within its sensing area.

The motion sensor provides an induction angle greater than 180° with a stated detection distance of approximately 8–12 m, helping cover a broad area in front of the light.
