Keeping an eye on a wide outdoor area can be difficult when a conventional bullet camera concentrates on a single direction. The Tiandy TC-C345N 2ANA-28 uses a dual-2MP panoramic camera arrangement to provide wider scene coverage from a fixed installation point. It is designed for wired IP surveillance installations where broad visibility, dependable night illumination and meaningful motion alerts are important.

The camera uses fixed 2.8 mm F1.6 optics, with a specified horizontal lens field of view of 94.9°. Its published main video stream delivers 1920 × 1080 Full HD resolution at up to 25 frames per second. This makes it a practical option for observing general activity across outdoor areas such as driveways, building entrances, courtyards and perimeter sections.

For scenes with strong differences between bright and shaded areas, digital wide dynamic range (DWDR) helps balance the picture. Backlight compensation, highlight compensation and 3D digital noise reduction provide additional image adjustments, while automatic day/night switching allows the camera to adapt to changing lighting conditions.

Infrared and White-Light Illumination

The TC-C345N incorporates two illumination technologies for low-light surveillance. Four infrared LEDs provide Smart IR illumination with a specified maximum range of 50 metres, supporting black-and-white monitoring when ambient lighting is insufficient.

Two additional white LEDs provide illumination up to 30 metres. These give the camera a visible-light source for illuminated scenes, complementing its infrared capability. Actual usable illumination distances depend on the surroundings, reflected light and installation conditions.

With an F1.6 lens aperture and a specified minimum colour illumination of 0.02 lux, the camera can also operate in relatively low ambient light before supplementary illumination becomes necessary.

Human and Vehicle Detection

The camera supports smart alarm detection that distinguishes people and vehicles. This is particularly useful in areas where conventional motion detection can generate unwanted events from movement that is not relevant to security.

Human and vehicle detection allows surveillance events to be focused on activity of greater interest, helping operators review recordings and event captures more efficiently.

A built-in microphone adds audio capture to supported video monitoring and recording arrangements, providing additional context when reviewing activity around the camera.

Wired Network Recording and PoE Installation

The TC-C345N connects through a standard 10/100 Mbps RJ45 Ethernet interface. It supports S+265, H.265 and H.264 video compression, providing options for managing video bandwidth and recording storage requirements.

ONVIF Profiles S and T, RTSP and Tiandy’s Easy7 VMS support provide integration options for network video surveillance systems. The EasyLive Plus mobile application is also supported for remote access through an appropriately configured network.

For installation, the camera accepts IEEE 802.3af PoE, allowing power and network data to travel over the Ethernet connection. Alternatively, it can operate from a suitable 12 V DC supply. Maximum power consumption is 8 W with PoE or 6.5 W with DC power.

The housing carries an IP67 protection rating for outdoor installation and is specified for operation from -30°C to +60°C. Its adjustable mounting arrangement allows the viewing direction to be aligned during installation.

With panoramic imaging, intelligent human and vehicle detection, built-in audio, dual illumination and standard network connectivity, the TC-C345N offers a useful combination of scene coverage and surveillance functionality in a single outdoor IP camera.
