The Webbing IoT SIM Card is designed for low-data IoT devices and can be used as a primary GSM connection or as a backup to fixed internet. It is particularly recommended for alarm hubs and IoT systems that rely on cellular connectivity where reliability is critical.

SIM Activation
Webbing IoT SIM cards require activation before use.
Customers have the option to pre-activate the SIM card allowing the SIM to be ready for use on delivery.
Alternatively, SIM cards can be activated after receipt via Surveila Technologies online registration page.
SIM card Data and Term Renewal
The IoT SIM card will expire either at the end of the two-year term or once the data allocation has been fully used – whichever occurs first.

Single-SIM users can track their data usage via a Webbing Data Usage Link and automatically receive email alerts when their data balance is low or their two-year term is nearing expiry.
Users who manage multiple SIM cards or require SMS functionality for remote commands such as APN changes, reboots, or location pings can request access to the Webbing Management Portal. The portal provides free portal-to-device SMS, 24/7 support, real-time SIM management and detailed usage monitoring offering complete visibility and control over all connected devices from one central platform.
