TP-Link RE315 AC1200 Range Extender for Better Wi-Fi Coverage

The TP-Link RE315 is designed to extend an existing 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi network into areas where your router’s signal is weak. Its dual-band AC1200 wireless connection provides up to 300 Mbps on 2.4 GHz and 867 Mbps on 5 GHz.

It can work with an existing Wi-Fi router as a conventional range extender, or join a compatible EasyMesh router to provide a more unified mesh Wi-Fi experience. The built-in Ethernet port also allows the RE315 to operate as a dual-band wireless access point from a wired network connection.

• The Ethernet interface is 10/100 Mbps Fast Ethernet, not Gigabit Ethernet.
• Wireless speed and coverage vary with walls, interference, network traffic, device capability and the position of the extender.
• The extender should be installed within usable wireless range of the existing router when operating in Range Extender Mode.
