Shipping

This product is shipped directly from our Cape Town warehouse and may not be physically stocked at our admin / dispatch office.

Delivery is typically within 1 to 3 working days, with outlying areas possibly requiring an additional 1 to 2 working days.

While stock availability is updated regularly, warehouse sales may not always reflect in real time. In the unlikely event that the item is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and advise you of the revised lead time or suitable alternatives.

Warranty

This Legion product carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects for the original purchaser.

If the product is found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault, it will be replaced at no cost to the customer. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims, so please retain your invoice, shop order number or original proof of purchase.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Normal Wear and Tear

Damage or deterioration resulting from regular, expected use over time.

User Abuse or Misuse

Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, incorrect use, neglect or intentional damage.

Liquid Damage

Damage caused by exposure to water, moisture or other liquids.

Unauthorised Repairs or Modifications

Damage caused by unauthorised repairs, alterations or modifications to the product.

Warranty Process

In the rare event that you need to submit a warranty claim for your Legion product, please complete our Returns Form and include a copy of your invoice or invoice number.

Once received, the product will be inspected to confirm whether the fault falls within the warranty terms. If the product is found to have a valid manufacturing defect, it will be replaced in accordance with the Legion lifetime warranty.

Where no fault is found or where the damage falls outside the warranty terms, return courier costs may be for the customer’s account.
