The Justworx IoT SIM Card V2.0 is designed for low data-consuming IoT and security devices that require reliable, long-term mobile connectivity without contracts or monthly fees. It is ideal for alarm systems, control panels and smart IoT equipment where consistent communication is critical.

Justworx SIM cards operate on devices that support cellular roaming and manual APN configuration, allowing them to automatically connect to the strongest available network.

Non-Steering Multi-Network Connectivity

Justworx SIM cards are non-steering, meaning they are not locked to a single mobile network. Instead, they dynamically connect to the strongest available network at any location, improving reliability for security and IoT applications.

In South Africa, Justworx operates on Vodacom and MTN networks.

Justworx SIM cards come at a low cost and include data which must be selected on the Justworx Portal upon activation.

Justworx 200 (valid for 1 year) has recently been added.

Justworx SIM cards are perfectly suited for Ajax alarm systems.

Ajax Hubs require an internet connection to communicate with system users and armed response companies. A Justworx SIM card can be used as:

• A backup connection to an existing fixed internet line, or
• A primary connection where no fixed internet is available

Installing a SIM card ensures continued monitoring and communication during internet outages.

Compatibility note:

The entry-level Ajax Hub 4G does not support roaming SIM cards.

Selecting the correct data bundle ensures maximum lifespan and reliability:

• 30–50MB per month
  Backup to existing internet – systems that include Ajax MotionCams
  Estimated lifespan: approximately 3–5 years

• 100-200MB per month
  SIM-only connectivity where no internet is available

Device setup requirements:

• Roaming must be enabled
• APN must be set to justworx (lowercase, no spaces)

Important: Justworx IoT SIM cards are not intended for high-data applications such as live-streaming CCTV cameras or continuous video recording devices.

How to Activate and Configure a Justworx SIM Card on Ajax Hubs

Steps required:
