Which Launcher is Right for You?

The Byrna LE is fully legal for civilian ownership in South Africa. Although it was previously unavailable under the former distributor, the new official importer now supplies the Byrna LE locally and the product has cleared all standard SA customs and import compliance checks. No licence or permit is required. Byrna launchers operate using inert gas cartridges and are legally classified differently from firearms in South Africa.
