Instant alarm transmission without Internet

The Ajax vhfBridge is a professional integration module that connects an Ajax alarm system to a VHF radio transmitter used by armed response and monitoring centres. It allows alarm events from the Ajax system to be transmitted over VHF radio, ensuring compatibility with existing radio-based monitoring infrastructure.

The module converts digital alarm events into relay outputs that are recognised by VHF radio equipment. This makes vhfBridge ideal for sites where internet or cellular connectivity is unreliable, restricted or not permitted, or where VHF radio monitoring is a mandatory requirement.

Multiple alarm events such as intrusion, panic, fire, tamper and system faults can be transmitted, with configuration managed via the Ajax app. Designed for professional installations, vhfBridge is mounted inside an enclosure and integrates seamlessly into commercial, industrial and remote security environments.

vhfBridge can be used as a primary or a backup communication channel.

You can add a 7a/h backup battery inside a vhfBridge casing which can also power up the armed response radio transmitter. In the event of power failures, the vhfBridge and AR Radio Transmitter will continue operating for up to 75 hours.
