The Zartek ZA-758 is a 16-channel handheld UHF transceiver designed for regular communication in security, farming, factories, hospitality, events and other demanding working environments. It arrives pre-programmed for licence-free operation on Zartek’s supported 446 MHz and 464 MHz public-frequency channels at 500 mW output.

A detachable antenna, long-life rechargeable battery and programmable communication functions make the ZA-758 particularly useful where a basic walkie-talkie does not provide enough flexibility.

Before You Buy

• The ZA-758 is supplied programmed for licence-free operation at 500 mW. Programming equipment is optional and sold separately.
• When communicating with other radio models, both radios must use compatible frequencies and tone settings. Some Zartek radios may require programming or channel-setting changes before they communicate correctly.
• Zartek publishes approximate terrain-dependent ranges of 300 m-1.2 km in indoor or shopping-centre environments, 2-6 km in residential or over-water conditions, 3-7 km on farmland and up to 10-30 km with elevated line-of-sight. Actual range can be substantially lower where obstructions or interference are present.
• The radio is not splash-proof or waterproof. Keep it protected from rain, excessive moisture and wet environments.
• A direct plug-in mains charger is included. Vehicle charging, external antenna kits, headsets, spare batteries and PC programming equipment are optional.
