The seller and manufacturer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or harm arising from the misuse, improper use, unlawful use or failure to follow instructions relating to this product. This includes any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage, except where liability cannot be excluded under the CPA.

It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and/or user to ensure that the possession and use of this product complies with all applicable local, provincial, national and international laws and regulations and that the user is of legal age.

No personal defence product can guarantee protection against harm. The effectiveness of this product depends on circumstances beyond the control of the seller and manufacturer. Use of this product is entirely at the user’s own risk, and the user assumes full responsibility for any injury or damage to themselves or third parties resulting from its use.
