Ajax 24 Hour Gate Alarm Kit

Our custom Ajax 24-Hour Gate Alarm Kit is designed to monitor and protect gates, garage doors, roller shutters and other normally closed access points around the clock.

When an access point is opened using an authorised method such as a remote control or the Ajax app, the gate alarm is temporarily bypassed via a timer relay. If the access point is forced open or accessed without authorisation, the alarm is instantly triggered.

What’s included in the Kit:

• Ajax DoorProtect

Used to integrate the Gate Alarm components into the Ajax System. Includes a wired connector for third-party devices.

• Heavy Duty Aluminium Roller Shutter

Mounted on the gate or garage door and wired into the Ajax DoorProtect.

• Timer Relay Board

Temporarily bypasses the alarm for a preset duration after authorised access.

• Waterproof Enclosure

Protects the Ajax DoorProtect against the elements to ensure reliable long-term operation.

• Cable

50 cm length 6-Core communication cable

Ajax App Setup:

This gate alarm kit is designed to remain permanently armed and only bypassed briefly when triggered by an authorised action. It can also be bypassed for maintenance or when the gate needs to be left open for longer than the preset delay period.

• If Group Mode is enabled, create a dedicated group for 24-hour devices.
• Alternatively, set the Ajax DoorProtect as Always Active in the Ajax app.

Wiring diagrams are provided with your order for hassle-free installation.

NOTE: An Ajax Hub is required for operation and is not included with the Gate Alarm Kit.
