Tiandy TC-H333K 3MP Colour Maker Wi-Fi Pan/Tilt Camera

The Tiandy TC-H333K brings motorised surveillance, low-light imaging and active warning functions together in a compact outdoor camera. Its 3MP sensor delivers 2304 × 1296 video at up to 20 frames per second, while the fixed 4mm F1.6 lens provides an 86.8° horizontal viewing angle.

Unlike a conventional fixed-position camera, the TC-H333K can turn through 345° horizontally and tilt through 90° vertically. This allows the viewing direction to be changed remotely without physically repositioning the camera. Automatic tracking adds another useful capability, allowing the camera to follow movement within its operating range.

The camera supports up to 255 preset positions, making it possible to configure frequently used viewing directions. Its 4mm lens remains fixed in focal length; the motorised movement changes where the camera points rather than providing optical zoom.

Colour Maker Imaging and Active Warning

The TC-H333K uses a 1/2.8-inch CMOS sensor with a minimum specified colour illumination of 0.001 lux at F1.6 with automatic gain control enabled. This helps the camera retain colour detail in very low ambient light.

For night surveillance, four infrared LEDs provide illumination up to 30 metres, while four white LEDs provide visible illumination up to 15 metres. Infrared supports monochrome monitoring in darkness, while the white-light system provides illumination for colour imaging when additional visible light is needed. Actual usable distances depend on the scene, environmental conditions and reflective surfaces.

Red-and-blue flashing alarm lights provide an additional visual warning function. The integrated microphone and loudspeaker also support two-way communication, allowing users to hear activity and communicate through the camera using supported software.

Wi-Fi Monitoring, Network Integration and Recording

The TC-H333K supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi using IEEE 802.11b/g/n, as well as a 10/100Mbps RJ45 Ethernet connection. This provides a choice between wireless data connectivity and a wired network installation. Wi-Fi coverage depends on signal strength, building materials, interference and the position of the router or access point.

For mobile monitoring, the camera supports Tiandy’s EasyLive Plus application. Easy7 VMS is available for computer-based management, while ONVIF Profiles S and T and RTSP support provide integration options for suitable network recording systems.

Video compression includes Tiandy S+265, H.265 and H.264 formats to help manage recording bandwidth and storage requirements. The camera supports microSD, microSDHC and microSDXC cards up to 256GB for onboard recording. A memory card is sold separately and can be selected from the Stemar Shop MicroSD Cards range.

Outdoor Installation and Power Requirements

With an IP66-rated enclosure, the TC-H333K is designed to resist dust and powerful water jets, making it suitable for exposed outdoor surveillance positions. Its specified operating temperature range is -30°C to +60°C.

The camera requires a continuous 12V DC power supply and draws up to 12W. Wi-Fi handles network communication but does not eliminate the need for a power connection. Installers should therefore plan both the power-cable route and reliable network coverage at the intended mounting position.

Combining motorised viewing, automatic tracking, colour-capable night imaging, integrated audio and visible warning lights, the TC-H333K provides a versatile option for monitoring entrances, driveways, yards and other outdoor areas where the viewing direction may need to change.
